Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
